We start with the person, not the product.
A hamper is easy to assemble. Four nice things in a box will look perfectly acceptable in a photograph. It is much harder to put together something that makes one particular person feel seen.
So we build every gift backwards. We start with who is receiving it and what the moment actually is, and only then decide what goes in. Sometimes that means fewer things than you expected. That is usually the point.
